Responsibilities

• Develop dimensional and transactional calculated views

• Evaluate source data systems for variances, anomalies, and efficiency

• Create reusable data models and calculated views that scale across the enterprise

• Optimize logical and metadata models

• Performance tuning of long running queries/procedures

• Collaborate with data owners and data scientists to understand relationships in enterprise source data

Desired Experience

• Strong understanding of database architecture, other business intelligence suites (COGNOS, Informatica, etc)

• Understanding of Attribute Based Access Control

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate into long term solution data models

• Understand relational, dimensional, cube-based relationships

• Understand conceptual, physical, logical data models

• Experience with enterprise scale relational databases

• Experience with building queries in

• Experience with reporting tools Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks

• Experience with large data volume, performance tuning

• Experience in SQL Skills.

• Experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall

• Experience in Smart Data Access and Smart data Integration will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to Cloud tools/integration will be an added advantage.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Professional certification(s) desired.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI Polygraph
