SAP S/4HANA EWM Senior Consultant

Purpose and objectives
Work on leading customer facing project implementations in Supply Chain Logistics solution areas with focus on extended warehouse management solution portfolio, at Near Shore Center based out of Pittsburgh, PA
Education and qualifications/skills and competencies ##
SAP Certification in SAP S4HANA EWM is mandatory
Expertise across SAP Industry solution with focus on logistics, both inbound & outbound is preferred
Experience in managing project specific teams/sub-teams is desirable
Expectations and tasks
Independently handle large implementation projects with focus on supply chain logistics SAP Extended warehouse management, with strong & specific focus on
Inbound, outbound processes,
Replenishment strategies,
Cross Docking,
Labor Management,
VAS
Material flow system
Knowledge of classical SAP WMS is an added advantage
Integration with other SAP Products like S4HANA Core & TM will be an added advantage.
Should have fair understanding of SAP S4HANA capabilities and solution scope.
Hands on experience across SAP industry solutions is preferred
Should be good with documentation and general Office tools
Should have excellent communication suitable for leading customer facing engagements
Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose solutions
Being a part of project implementations in both classical and Agile modes
Lead pre-sales, customer demos, Solution roadmaps, Customer POCs/POVs
Lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services
Leading the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables
Be actively involved in the preparation, explore, realization and Go Live phases of customer implementation projects
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients
Participating in RFP discussions and estimating under guidance from a Bid / Pre sales team
Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
Delivering the outcome that meets the customer requirements & expectations
Key Performance Indicators
Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores
Productive days/utilization as defined by the organization
Knowledge Management and creation of effective reusable components
Experience and Other Requirements
12 years industry experience and of 6 8 years of SAP Extended Warehouse Management implementation experience
Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and SAP Digital Supply chain portfolio will be preferred
Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable
Awareness and knowledge on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Block Chain functional use cases will be desirable

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 102,100 - 247,000 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
