Senior 3D Checkers-Piping

Job Description

Checking piping diagrams and designs in 3D AutoCad

Checking specs of piping systems and ensuring they are NAVSEA compliant

Reviewing designs- passed up from Sr. Engineering Technicians, the Senior 3D Checker will ensure drawings meet Navy Specs and will approve them

Skills and Requirements

* Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel

* "3D checking " knowledge in AutoCAD of vessel piping designs

* Associate degree

* 2-5 years of experience with piping/ship design

* Engineering processing knowledge * ShipConstructor or Navis software experience null
