  • Our manufacturing client in Hagerstown, IN is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing, cost accounting and general accounting experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Senior Accountant

    Location: Hagerstown, IN

    Pay Range: $70k-$100k, plus potential for bonus

    What's the Job?

    • Analysis and interpretation of financial data, product costing, market, industry, and business trends requiring management's attention

    • Perform general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, fixed assets, maintaining of reserves as well as establishing and maintaining internal controls and policies

    • Assist with all external audit activity with banks and tax auditors including planning, preparation, data gathering

    • Focus will be on 4 core responsibilities: accounting/reporting, costing, analytics, and process improvement/automation

    What's Needed?

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field

    • 3+ years of accounting experience

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Cost accounting experience

    • Knowledge of ERP systems
