Tatum by Randstad is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a well-established organization located in Summerlin. This position, blending remote and in-office work, promises a competitive salary reaching $90,000, commensurate with expertise. Compensation range for the position is between $80K - $90K dependent on experience.

This is hybrid position. Must be on-site T/W/Th with M/F working remotely.

responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of the end-of-month financial procedures.

• Balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and assist with financial statement preparation.

• Work together with various internal and corporate teams to achieve common objectives.

• Produce timely and accurate reports for departmental managers at the highest level.

• Provide swift and analytical assistance for inquiries from the Accounting Manager or Regional Controller.

• Identify potential issues, suggest practical remedies, and support their implementation.

• Assist in creating reports and extracting data from multiple systems for departmental use.

• Bring attention to management regarding any issues and request assistance as required.

qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required

• 3+ years of finance/accounting experience is required

• Hospitality/Project accounting experience is required

• Experience with Data Plus Hospitality management platform is a highly preferred

• Experience with ERP Maestro, Silverware POS, and Opera Cloud Platform is highly preferred.

• Must reside in Las Vegas, NV or be able to relocate
