    Our client, a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, is seeking a Sr. Software Development Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Development Manager, you will lead a team of Development Managers, UX Managers, Devops teams, and offshore resources. The ideal candidate will have a development background in .NET, as well as 3-4 years experience as a manager.

    Job Title: Sr. Software Development Manager

    Location: Charlotte, NC onsite 3x a week

    Terms: 3 month C2H. Role to convert to full-time with salary, bonus, benefits, etc

    Rate: $75/hr

    What's the Job?

    • High- level design and architecture, but looking for someone who can jump in and complete hands-on coding when/or if necessary

    • Proficient in AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda, for scalable and resilient application architectures.

    • Mastery of .NET framework for robust backend development, ensuring efficient data processing and application logic.

    • Advanced knowledge of ~~~ for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces, enhancing user experience.

    • Proven track record as a team leader, guiding and motivating cross-functional teams towards project success.

    • Recognized for innovative problem-solving abilities, consistently implementing cutting-edge solutions to complex challenges.

    • Expertise in agile methodologies, facilitating rapid development cycles and continuous improvement within teams.

    • Strong communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strategic thinker, capable of aligning development efforts with organizational goals and market trends.

    • Skilled in fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting creativity and productivity.

    • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced environments and driving projects from conception to deployment with efficiency.

    Top skills:

    • 7-10 years in Development

    • 3-4 years of experience as a Manager

    • 7-10 years in .NET and specifically .NET Core

    • Understanding of React
