This critical position will guide our global Insights & Intelligence organization, focusing on designing, deploying, and maintaining digital systems that deliver reliable data, insights, analytics, reconciliations, alerts, and end-to-end reporting across all business functions. The Senior Director will also drive AI enablement and delivery for both everyday and transformative applications, ensuring alignment with our business transformation and continuity goals.

    How You'll Create Possibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Lead the Global Insights and Intelligence Organization:

    • Foster continuous growth in organizational capability.

    • Coach, mentor, and develop the I&I leadership team to provide strategic and tactical direction.

    • Promote a mindset of curiosity, innovation, empowerment, and cross-functional business partnership.

    AI Enablement and Delivery:

    • Lead AI initiatives, focusing on both everyday and transformative applications.

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap for AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives and speed of delivery.

    Digital Systems and Data Ecosystem:

    • Implement and maintain digital systems to establish a robust data ecosystem.

    • Design and lead state-of-the-art data architecture supporting large-scale data consumption, storage, processing, and dissemination.

    • Stabilize reporting systems, ensuring reliable data and insights for informed decision-making.

    Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance:

    • Lead MDM strategy to maintain a single source of truth for enterprise data assets.

    • Ensure data integrity across all business functions and establish data governance policies and procedures.

    Performance and System Optimization:

    • Manage the performance of AI, reporting, and analytics systems, ensuring data accuracy.

    • Identify and implement opportunities for system improvements.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and optimize cloud costs.

    Business Alignment and Communication:

    • Maintain a high level of business alignment and confidence in the Digital Technology team.

    • Communicate system performance and SLA metrics to stakeholders.

    • Provide strategic direction to ERP teams on reporting and establish data governance processes to secure data and systems.

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent.

    • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in IT/Digital Technology, reporting, analytics, and machine learning.

    • At least 5 years of experience leading a global DT team, including direct management of people leaders at the Director level or higher.

    • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, MDM, data ecosystem, and data governance.

    • Experience with OBIA, OAC, Vertica, Informatica, Tableau, and other presentation layers.

    • Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership abilities with strong relationship management, problem-solving, and organizational influence skills.

    • Proven track record of driving transformational business change and executing multiple high-impact projects.

    • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to energize and innovate within multi-functional, global teams.

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and executive presentation skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 15+ years of relevant experience in IT/Digital Technology, MDM, reporting, and analytics.

    • Experience in building strategic multi-year and multi-million-dollar partnerships with external partners.

    Working Conditions:

    • Occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required.

    • 10% travel required for domestic and/or international travel to customer sites/plants, etc.
