    As a Sr. Director IT Mergers & Acquisitions and Architecture, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation, ensuring the seamless integration of IT systems and infrastructure during mergers and acquisitions, and driving end-to-end systems architecture. You'll ensure seamless technology integration and alignment with our strategic objectives. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining our position as a global technology leader, as you lead the charge in shaping the future of technology within our organization.

    You will report directly to our Chief Information Officer (CIO) and will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Provide visionary leadership for the IT Mergers & Acquisitions function, setting strategic direction, objectives, and priorities to ensure effective execution of due diligence and integration activities. * Drive end-to-end systems architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. * Manage a portfolio of M&A projects, overseeing the integration of technology systems and infrastructure. * Ensure a smooth transition to a standard technology platform within 18 months. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology integration during mergers and acquisitions. * Develop and execute the IT strategy for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Drive digital transformation initiatives within the IT Mergers & Acquisitions function. * Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure during mergers and acquisitions.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    * 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles or in large scale implementations roles. Including 3+ years experience in mergers and acquisitions.

    WE VALUE

    * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven track record of driving successful technology integration during mergers and acquisitions. * Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives. * Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends. * Strong project and vendor management skills. * Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives.
