    Join us at JNJ as the Senior Director for Oncology Key Accounts, a pivotal role driving key account strategy across our esteemed portfolio of Oncology brands. You'll lead a dynamic team overseeing both the Key Account Management team for our entire oncology portfolio and the Urology Business Account Management team for our GU portfolio.

    Your mission will be to craft an integrated strategic plan that creates access to our portfolio and drives growth of our brands. You'll develop influential relationships with National KOLs and Population Health Decision Makers within designated national customers, academic centers, and community oncology networks. Together, we'll navigate the changing market landscape, adapting to evolving payment models and pathways.

    You'll forge strong partnerships with our marketing teams, sales teams, and the Strategic Customer Group (SCG). Collaborating closely with Oncology Sales leadership, you'll secure access to our portfolio, champion account-specific brand goals, and drive alignment across our local oncology account teams. Working hand in hand with SCG, you'll maximize our account management effectiveness, fine-tune performance dashboards, and optimize platforms.

    In conjunction with brand marketing leads and SCG, you'll refine our key account strategies, developing annual Business Plans to maximize our expanding Oncology portfolio. Your insights will shape our long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the evolving oncology marketplace and key account priorities.

    Your role demands close collaboration with various functions including Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, and Real-World Value & Evidence. Upholding our Value Excellence principles and practices, you'll lead the staffing, training, and development of our Key Account team members.

    Utilizing market research, you'll orchestrate Oncology key account activities and synchronize efforts with sales management. Partnering with Sales Training, you'll ensure our teams are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge. You'll lead customer engagements for key accounts, fostering effective interactions with core Oncology leadership and other key stakeholders.

    As a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, you'll navigate the competitive landscape within regulatory guidelines. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll ensure we're poised to capitalize on both short-term and long-term business opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS required, MBA preferred

    • A minimum of 10 years progressive industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years account management experience, and proven performance is required.

    • Demonstrated people management experience with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.

    • Demonstrated experience in critical account management competencies required.

    • Previous Pharmaceutical Industry experience required.

    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities required.

    • People management responsibilities required with 2nd line people leadership preferred.

    • Oncology & market access experience strongly preferred.

    • Global or In-line Pharmaceutical Marketing experience is preferred.

    • Requires up to 25% travel, predominantly US with limited OUS travel.
