    Amentum is seeking an experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst (RSS / RSC Intel & Prod Lead) to support a contract at Fort Belvoir in Virginia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain continuous liaison with CCMDS, ASCCs, ARSTAFF, INSCOM MSCs, Task Forces, regional operational watch centers, and national intelligence community agencies. Maintain an in-depth understanding of foreign and domestic terrorist threats to CCMDS.

    • Assist Government Regional Desk Officers in gaining, maintaining, sustaining and expanding effective liaison with supported Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs), Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and supported units deployed within their respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs). Support Government Regional Desk Officers by preparing and presenting briefings and operational requirements updates at the weekly Commander's Update Brief (CUB) and daily BUB.

    • Provide support to Government Regional Desk Officers in the preparation of AOR specific input for inclusion in the INSCOM COP maintained by the IMCC and inclusion in other electronic data repositories, as required.

    • Draft and prepare OPORDs, FRAGOs, WARNOs for Government review and publication as directed by COR, or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor, utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite of tools.

    • Review and analyze HQDA issued EXORDs, ALARACTs, and other directives for specified and implied requirements and tasking's impacting INSCOM organizations. Provide draft recommendations or response to the COR, or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor.

    • Develop products to include presentations, briefings, information papers, executive summaries, and others as directed by COR or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor utilizing tools to include Google Earth, Arc GIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and the embedded suite of intelligence analysis tools within DCGS-A.

    • Assist Government Regional Desk Officers to transition missions, actions, and activities from the INSCOM G-35 Future Operations (FUOPS) team to the INSCOM G-33 Current Operations (CUOPS) team for action, implementation and execution.

    • Regularly monitor data portals, data repositories, databases, and message traffic of supported Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs), Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and supported units deployed within their respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and conduct necessary research and analysis required to produce intelligence documents and slides for dissemination to the INSCOM Commander and staff.

    • Conduct intelligence analysis in support of ongoing global operations, emerging situations, and planning efforts for near-, mid- and long-term efforts

    • Provide support in the preparation of tailored briefings, assessments, and papers; such as, theater threat assessments, information and intelligence gap, and intelligence capabilities IAW IMCC/IMCC SOP.

    • Oversee, identify, and report on significant events with implications for the United States or allied interests and potential emerging crisis situations and provide input to the daily BUB update, weekly CUB update, INSCOM Senior Leader talking points, CG Travel Brief, read-books, VIP Briefings, and daily highlights products.

    • Proactively monitor various databases, networks, and email queues across all INSCOM mission networks for reporting purposes IAW IMCC/IMCC SOP or Battle Drill.

    • Prepare and present assessments and mission analysis briefings, annexes, papers, and Regional Threat Network Nodal Analysis in support of Regional Desk Officer and IMCC requirements.

    • Apply critical thinking methodologies and processes in developing recommendations for resolving complex problems, conducting analysis, development, production and delivery of products to include information papers, briefings and oral presentations.

    • Provide intelligence analysis, production, content management, and dissemination to support Regional Desk Officers on gaining, sustaining and continuously updating situational awareness of operations, activities and emerging threats in the various combatant command (CCMD) areas of responsibility (AORs) that have immediate or potential impact on INSCOM's global intelligence operations, personnel and capabilities, and enhance SIL situational understanding.

    • Perform all-source intelligence analysis related to military actions, insurgent activities, economic and political activities, and threats to regional stability.

    • Research, develop, present, and disseminate all-source intelligence products at the tactical operational, and strategic levels.

    • Anticipate and provide deliverables as directed by COR or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor, including PowerPoint presentations, information papers, written assessments. Retain digital copies of all products, research notes, analytical notes and summaries, and published analytical reports IAW IMCC/IMCC SOP.

    • Assist in the development and the maintenance of an updated SOP, Checklist and Battle Rhythm on IMCC Knowledge Enterprise and Battle Binder. SOP, Checklist and Binder will be reviewed jointly quarterly by contractor with the COR or other Government personnel designated in writing by the COR to the contractor.

    • Perform routine workspace housekeeping tasks; to include, regular vacuuming, daily trash removal, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

    Requirements:

    • Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance

    • Masters degree in any discipline.

    • 20 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience

    • Completion of MICCC, WOAC or ALC.

    • Demonstrated experience as a staff member at Battalion or higher level

    • Experience as a primary staff officer, primary staff section NCOIC or primary staff section warrant officer is preferred.

    • Demonstrated experience researching, creating, developing, and delivering professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.

    • Demonstrated experience leading and interacting with small groups on information requirements and coordinating tasks with HQDA and IC partners.
