    The Income Statement Manager leads a team responsible for managing all forecasting and actuals reporting cycles, relative to the Income Statement, across GE HealthCare. This role partners heavily across the finance organization - across Segments, Regions & Functions - to manage internal processes, as well as amongst the HQ finance team - Controllership, Tax, & Treasury - to ensure fidelity of external reporting. Within the Corporate FP&A team, this role works closely with the Group Cash team, to provide critical inputs into the Cash Flow Statement & associated operational context. Due to positioning and engagement within the organization, this role requires an individual with effective communication skills & a strong ability to partner across stakeholder groups.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Own global Income Statement forecasting & manage forecast cycle across GE HealthCare, including support of Monthly Financial Reviews, Monthly Operating Reviews, Corporate Model Reviews, weekly pacing, and weekly finance updates to the Senior Leadership Team.

    • In partnership with Controllership, own global Income Statement actuals reporting & supporting processes across GE HealthCare, including monthly/quarter close cycles, external reporting, and earnings support.

    • Establish and enforce global standards for financial metrics and KPIs, with leading role in developing single source of truth within global dashboard infrastructure, visualization tools.

    • Support preparation of quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors, including providing key finance inputs.

    • Develop and leverage financial expertise in complex areas including pension accounting, insurance, restructuring, and interest on debt to drive financial outcomes, including a thorough understanding of underlying and operational drivers that enables accurate forecasting tools.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc.) from an accredited university or college

    • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting or a related field, or 6+ years of experience if a graduate of an accelerated finance leadership program (i.e. FMDP)

    • Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment

    Desired Skills:

    • Graduate of GEHC's Financial Management Development Program (FMDP); Operational Finance Development Program (OFLP); or graduate of other financial leadership programs

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across a variety of stakeholders.

    • Adaptable, flexible. Open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.

    • Strong critical thinking skills & demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Established project management skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
