  • We're looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst with a background in business analysis and a zeal for quality. Your role involves User Acceptance Testing (UAT), leveraging various testing methodologies, and working with cross-functional teams to uphold our high-quality standards.     Skills & Qualifications:

    • Project Management: Manage testing projects, including scope, timelines, and resources.

    • Strong Testing Knowledge: Deep understanding of testing methods.

    • UAT Experience: Plan and execute UAT, coordinating with stakeholders.

    • Passion for QA: Committed to high-quality standards.

    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate testing risks.

    • Automation: Drive testing automation, develop automated tests.

    • Team Collaboration: Work well in a cross-functional environment.

    • Experience in identity testing (ForgeRock preferred).

    • PowerPoint skills are a plus.

    • 7+ years in IT.

    Technical Skills:

    • Familiar with TestNG, Cucumber BDD, etc.

    • Java/Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI skills.

    • CI/CD tools experience (GitLab, Maven-Jenkins, etc.).

    • Proficient in Atlassian tools and AWS or other cloud services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead testing projects, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

    • Manage test schedules, allocate resources, mitigate risks.

    • Coordinate and facilitate UAT, aligning with business requirements.

    • Identify and resolve testing risks and issues.

    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and global teams.

    • Promote QA best practices and continuous improvement.

    • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

    • Resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary.
