Senior Reliability Engineer

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Statistical knowledge is essential to plan for proper statistical tests and test methods.

• TMV experience is a desirable

• Ability to perform statistical analysis and develop predictive statistical models is desirable.

• Experience working with/ in NPD environment

• Experience with processing Reliability for Design of products

• Proficiency in Reliasoft, Minitab, and LabVIEW.

• 6+ years, including complex electromechanical systems is preferred

Additional Qualifications

• Build Reliability Model of design projects

• Test to Failure of higher risk elements at system and subsystem levels

• Develop Test Fixtures & Methods

• Identify Failure Modes

• Provide Feedback to R&D Teams and work cross-functionally with other engineering departments

• Experience working with Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

• Generate Data for reliability block diagram

• Implement Cost-Efficient Testing Practices

• Test lower risk elements as appropriate

• Grow competency for troubleshooting/diagnostics
