    Job Summary

    Raytheon, an RTX business, is looking for a Senior Signal Processing Engineer for out systems team. The candidate will support the development and maintenance of a complex and highly visible SIGINT subsystem. The position is for the Aurora, CO, location

    Responsibilities to Anticipate

    • Perform system engineering analyses including trade studies, use case development, system and operational requirements, interface architecture and ConOps, and requirement/system validation.

    • Support definition of operations concepts and procedure planning/ development, interfacing with personnel from other organizations.

    • Provide technical direction and clarification of requirements to software teams and test personnel.

    • Attend technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the maintenance of his/her project.

    • Define external and internal interfaces

    • Provide document review and resolves technical systems engineering and integration issues.

    • Support ECP efforts as required.

    • Provide support in a software development systems engineering role using Agile methodology

    • Interacting with customers and end-users

    • Providing and briefing status to program management and customers

    Basic Qualifications

    • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

    • Experience with generating DoDAF architecture views with Cameo

    • Experience with Agile or DevOps development

    • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with systems engineering principles and activities on a large government software development contract

    • Experience being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software and Integration teams

    • Experience in SIGINT and/or Digital communications

    • Experience in the RF domain

    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of administration

    The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
