    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior IBM Tririga Developer to join our team. This is a fully remote position.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Design and implement custom software solutions for Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) systems for our customers

    • Develop and configure IBM TRIRIGA applications and solutions.

    • Identify gaps in existing systems and develop solutions to fill those gaps

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business analysts to understand and document the customer's real property management requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs

    • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed

    • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

    • Plan and implement upgrades, cloning, releases (use of update sets), and other related efforts to ensure environments are maintained at proper versions and releases

    • Identify requirements, design and implement data interfaces with other existing client systems and databases

    • Stay up to date with IBM TRIRIGA application and platform updates and developments and recommends improvements where appropriate

    • Perform other tasks as assigned

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

    • 10+ years of experience in Software Development with a minimum of 5 years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA development and customization

    • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology

    • Strong understanding of IBM TRIRIGA framework and architecture

    • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and software testing

    • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies

    • Experience with SQL databases and Oracle Databases Management Systems

    • Experience creating and managing data connections in TRIRIGA to/from other data sources

    • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and end-users

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

    • Work with agile development methodologies adhering to best practices

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues

    • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead and work with other experienced developers

    • CompTIA Security+ certified or similar certification that qualifies under DoD 8570.01-M or ability to obtain

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • IBM Certified Associate Application Developer - TRIRIGA Application Platform is preferred

    • Experience working with Real Estate Management Implementation

    • Experience working in a DoD/Federal Government environment

    • Experience working in a cloud environment

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a public trust level clearance.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
