SITE MANAGER

Bowhead seeks a Site Manager to provide perform all local management actions associated with his/her employees for the DLA proposal in Corpus Christi, TX. The Site Manager will act as advisor to aircraft maintenance team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

• Investigations and reports arising from any quality defect notices issued against Contractor employees, verification of time sheets, introduction and initial indoctrination to new employees.

• Acts as advisor to warehouse and computer operations team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks.

• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and five (5+) years or more of professional experience.

• Experience performing all local management actions associated with his/her employees, including but not limited to:

• Investigations and reports arising from any quality defect notices issued against Contractor employees.

• Verification of time sheets.

• Introduction and initial indoctrination to new employees.

• Experience acting as advisor to warehouse and computer operations team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds

• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
