    Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, enhance brand awareness, generate leads, promote company growth, and support sales enablement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, including the marketing funnel and SEO, as well as expertise in managing social media platforms for a B2B company.

    Responsibilities

    • Writing and communication: Demonstrate exceptional writing and communication skills to craft high-quality written content and manage customer interactions on social media with professionalism and tact.

    • Platform management: Maintain an active presence on various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), leveraging each platform's strengths.

    • Social media strategy development: Create comprehensive social media strategies that align with our company's goals, focusing on awareness, lead generation, and growth.

    • Content creation: Produce engaging content across multiple platforms, including text, video, and graphics. Manage a social media content calendar to ensure timely publication of material.

    • Campaign management: Design and implement effective social media campaigns, using best practices to achieve optimal results.

    • Sales enablement: Assist the sales team by crafting customized social media posts each month for their personal LinkedIn profiles, enhancing their ability to connect with prospects and clients effectively.

    • Analytics monitoring: Regularly track and analyze the performance of social media activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to effectively promote company events and updates, maintaining consistent communication and brand messaging. Work alongside Content Marketing Manager on developing and executing nurture campaigns to ensure cohesive strategies across platforms.

    • Graphic design: Use graphic design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing content.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

    • 6-10 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.

    • Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media projects.

    • Extensive experience with analytics tools and performance metrics.

    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.

    • Skilled in preparing and delivering compelling presentations, capable of clearly communicating social media best practices and strategies to the sales team and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across departments.

    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

    • Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and understanding by consistently asking insightful questions that contribute to deeper knowledge and informed decision-making processes within the team.

    Preferred

    • Previous experience in a B2B company.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead social media strategy from conception to execution.

    • Experience in sales enablement through social media.
