Social Worker

Health Advocates Network is hiring a ** Social Worker (5 Years Exp Req)** ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in Worthington, MN .

• Travel pay packages up to $2,929.00 weekly

• Shift: Days (8hrs)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Social Worker Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Related Field.

• 5 years of Case Management experience, case management certification preferred.

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or other allowed credential based on Minnesota statue

• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers

• Additional certifications may be required.
