    Our Opportunity Summary

    As Supply Chain Solution Architect at Micron, you will be responsible for providing configuration and analysis support of various modules within our Supply Chain environment! We are seeking a candidate with SAP and Blue Yonder experience with emphasis in the following modules: BY ESP, BY OP, Global Available to Promise (GATP), Demand Planning (DP), Business Warehouse (BW), Supply Network Planning (SNP), FIORIR APPS, and HANA Live Reporting. The candidate should also have experience in ECC MRP, CIF solutions and integration technologies. You will support projects to implement new and improve existing functionality including articulating requirements and translating them into effective solutions. You will make an impacin new functionality, design analysis and testing, and define application requirements by reviewing internal customer requests and conducting internal customer interviews when needed. You will participate in project planning by providing estimated hours and target dates for all project related tasks before development begins!

    What's Encouraged Daily:

    • Serve as an internal consultant within Supply Chain teams and partner organizations on SAP ERP and BY SPO capabilities and operations planning standard processes.

    • Partner with Supply Chain area leadership to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency of planning teams.

    • Ensure delivery of supply chain planning solutions within our SAP and BY toolset.

    • Deliver large scale, high-value projects by demonstrating an established delivery methodology.

    • Provide expert functional and process mentorship on system capabilities and solution approaches.

    • Work within multi-functional teams (Operations areas, other SCRUM teams, SC, PMO) to drive successful deployments.

    • Solving user issues.

    • Level 3 support for any urgent production issues.

    • Crafting functional specifications for custom programs

    • Document business process procedures.

    • Crafting training documentation.

    • Conducting user training.

    • Configuring the system for new functionality.

    • Conducting testing of new configuration or custom programs.

    • Supporting the integration of new master data or changes of master data.

    • Co-coordinating any launch activities (small or Big) and provide knowledge transfer to the support team and help in providing initial support for the first couple of weeks after debut.

    How To Qualify

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain or Computer Science or related area

    • 8+ years of relevant and validated proven experience.

    • Experience in Supply Chain Planning process design, combined with systems implementation.

    • Experience in configuration and testing of core analytics in commercial APS systems like Sap APO, BY, Kinaxis.

    • Proven grasp of enterprise supply-chain master data like Customer, Plant, and Material Master, BOM's, Routes, etc. and modeling experience in linked planning systems

    • Proven Experience crafting and testing interfaces using enterprise systems like SAP ECC in the manufacturing and logistics modules like SAP PP, MM, SD, etc.

    • Experience with Database Management technologies including implementation of supply chain planning solutions; preferably full life cycle implementations combined with the ability to guide the team on implementing standard processes.

    • Prior experience with Rapid Response or Blue Yonder ESP implementations a plus

    • Willingness to learn new technologies.

    • Knowledge of the latest trends in end-to-end supply chain planning business processes typical to a large semiconductor/hi-tech manufacturing environment.

    • Data skills like - extraction, cleaning, redefining, and testing large data sets sourced from enterprise and legacy systems using SQL, Python, MS Excel, MS BI or other relevant tools.

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, using agile delivery methodologies.
