onsemi is seeking an intern candidate with experience using process simulation or modeling software, and some background understanding of semiconductor processing to develop process simulation decks for our automotive BCD technologies to assist in exploration of new processes and integrations. This candidate will also create documentation and training materials to enable new users to learn how to use the software for future technology development.
