Requirements

Required

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting

2. MIP or Yardi preferred

3. Strong Excel - pivot tables and lookups - used for bank and account reconciliation - 35 checking accounts

4. Enjoys learning new technology - they will implement new systems as they grow, leveraging AI to streamline processes

Grant Accounting, Month-end Close Activities, Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, Property Accounting, Yardi, Microsoft Excel
