    We are in search of a Sr. Administrative Assistant for our client in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry here in Reno, Nevada. This role is centered around a blend of administrative support and customer service. As part of your responsibilities, you will be supporting broker operations, managing the CRM client databases, and coordinating transactions. This is a contract/temporary role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and pivot as needs change.

    Responsibilities

    • Support broker operations through efficient administrative assistance

    • Maintain and update CRM client databases regularly

    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to perform various tasks

    • Coordinate transactions, which includes deal entry

    • Review leases and input relevant information into the system

    • Edit marketing flyers and ensure all sites are up-to-date

    • Create and print tour books/fliers

    • Communicate directly with busy brokers, handling over 35 active listings

    • Provide high-level administrative services, demonstrating strong attention to detail

    • Adapt to changing needs and tasks, showcasing effective multitasking abilities

    • Deliver excellent customer service, managing and resolving inquiries.

    Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

    • Demonstrated experience in handling correspondence and documentation

    • Excellent customer service skills with a client-oriented mindset

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

    • Proven ability to maintain and update databases

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
