    Job Summary:

    This position is responsible for ensuring a stable supply of an existing products by managing the day-to-day relationship with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Works with assigned primary contact at global CMOs in developing performance report including key performance indicators (KPI's).

    Responsibilities

    • CMO Management : Develop and maintain a robust relationship with CMOs thorough proper communication /alignment. Support Daiichi Sankyo Supply chain in managing CMOs. This includes coordinating Global demand planning, Contract/price negotiation, PO/payment management. Establish and lead regular business meetings to promote continuous improvement. Coordinate efforts with CMO partners throughout actively monitoring production schedules. Collaborate with other DSI SCTO teams and cross functional teams to solve issues related technical, regulatory matters and quality assurance matters in order to achieve a stable supply.

    • Data Management : Develop performance report for CMO's based on manufacturing, product release and logistic activities. Maintains a consistent information regarding manufacturing, product release and logistic plan. Works closely with CMOs, a primary contact, technical members and other cross functional teams to ensure CMOs activities are aligned with key performance indicators (KPI's). Summarize and analyzes data and creates report such as dashboard.

    • Systems Operations: On a daily basis, use systems and software [SAP: Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Purchase Order Management, Inventory Management, change control management] to generate orders, track and maintain daily operation and process orders.

    • Knowledge Management : Responsible for collecting and maintaining the latest information related to pharmaceutical industries, pharmaceutical CMO's business, regulatory requirement from authority and technology/services to enhance CMO management and activities.

    Education Qualifications: (from an accredited college or university)

    • Bachelor's Degree Manufacturing, Industrial/Chemical Engineering, Business, or related life sciences field

    Experience:

    • 1 or More Years 3+ years of combined general/related work experience required

    • 1 or More Years Pharmaceutical supply chain management, technical operations, third-party manufacturing, procurement, supplier development, and materials management.

    Travel

    Ability to travel up to 20% Business meetings and conferences as needed.
