Sr. Network Engineer

We are seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to join our team at a healthcare provider. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our network systems and helping our team operate at an optimal level. The focus of this role will be on internet-based operations rather than phone systems.

Responsibilities

* Provide technical support for our network systems, helping to maintain a stable and secure environment.

* Learn the intricacies of our environment quickly to provide effective support and guidance.

* Work closely with other team members, helping them to work at the appropriate level and ensuring smooth operations.

* Focus on internet-based operations, ensuring optimal performance and security.

* Utilize Visio, Cisco tools, and manage our fiber backbone.

* Maintain and optimize our Palo Alto firewall.

* Leverage your knowledge of SAPs to enhance our operations.

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years as a network engineer

* Experience with cisco routers and switches (WAN/LAN)

* Experience supporting Aruba or other wireless routers

* Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (basic understanding of security)

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. * CCNP level certification or higher is strongly preferred.

* Experience with Audio/Visual

* Experience with cloud migrations and security. null
