Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the construction of a state-of-the-art semiconductor facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale construction projects, specifically in the semiconductor industry, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the semiconductor facility construction project

• Manage a large, cross-functional team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other construction professionals

• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, government authorities, and suppliers, to ensure alignment and compliance with industry standards

• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure the successful completion of the project

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process

• Manage and resolve any arising issues or conflicts within the project team.

• Report regularly on project progress, budget, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders

• Have a deep understanding the various aspects of semiconductors facilities such as a Fab building, sub fab, clean room construction, PSSS, HPM, sequence of engineering and construction of all the stated aspects of a semiconductor facility
