Not your traditional corporate Staff Accountant role

Initial focus is getting audits done and managing reconciliations.

Looking for someone with strong "research and fix" type skills; heavy EXCEL reconciliation work and someone who understands setting up a chart of accounts

NEEDS A DO-ER...SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE THE BALL AND RUN WITH IT.

Requirements - Excellent attention to detail

• Exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

• Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

• Current and relevant ERP system experience

• 2+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of account reconciliation

• Command of general ledger

• Foundational knowledge in Automated Payroll

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

• Adeptness in Federal Grant

• BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

• Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines

• Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision
