    We are seeking a talented Land Development Staff Engineer III to join our team in the Dover, DE office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Project Managers with technical, and civil engineering design or provide Project Management

    • Perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources:

    • Water and wastewater infrastructure design

    • Stormwater management design

    • Site grading

    • Erosion and sediment control design

    • Prepare plans for agency/municipal review

    • Completion of various land development and environmental permitting applications

    • Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors

    • Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and willing to put the full effort towards the task at hand

    • Candidate should have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer or technical designer

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited institution

    • 5+ years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or civil-site engineering design

    • AutoCAD proficiency required, Civil 3D preferred

    • Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software preferred

    • Knowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs

    • Familiarity with ArcGIS software

    • Must be able to pass a background check to be considered
