As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and have a direct impact on the direction of the company. Using your analytical skills, you will uncover pricing, market, and business trends. You will then synthesize your findings into beautifully designed, easy to comprehend communications, so decision makers have the information they need to make strategic and profitable decisions.

    Responsibilities :

    Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Pricing

    Collaborates with Manager of Strategy and Pricing to perform analyses to identify threats and opportunities and make recommendations.

    Builds financial models to evaluate strategies, quantify impacts and communicate findings for effective business decisions.

    Oversees all strategic pricing operations. Collaborates with sales and brand leadership to roll-out optimal price strategies for new and existing products.

    Communication & Strategic Planning

    Analyze, interpret, and glean insights from Customer Experience Survey data to develop metrics and better understand customer needs and set priorities.

    Stay up to date on changing business trends & market environments via proprietary market & industry research.

    Curates, and distributes on a regular basis, reports expounding on Shaw business performance, market trends, and potential risks, opportunities, and recommendations to the Commercial Leadership Team.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Financial modeling (Excel)

    • Data analysis (Excel & Tableau)

    • Presentation & Communication (PowerPoint & Word)

    • Proactive

    • Synthesize (Can take years of data or pages of research and condense them into 1-2 sentences)

    • Demonstrated analytical mindset (from previous experience or through completing of case study).

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance, analytics, or investor relations role.

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting/finance, STEM.

    • Experience giving presentations to an audience.

    • Experience working with all levels of a sales organization (from sales reps to VP of Sales).

    **10% travel to all regions as needed.

    Work Shift

    8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
