    Intel is in the midst of a transformational journey to deliver on its ambitious IDM 2.0 strategy which includes significant manufacturing expansions and the creation of a foundry to serve internal and external customers. To support the IDM 2.0 strategy, Intel is embarking on a transformative ERP project. To support this critical initiative, the Supply Chain Enabling Solutions team is seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager with deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and ERP systems with experience with supplier collaboration initiatives which cover the Forecast to Payment B2B connections with Intel's supplier base.

    In this role you will join a highly dynamic global team located in all geographies.

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    • Develop and execute the roadmap for upgrading the electronic transaction connections along the SAP S4 upgrade covering the forecast to payment business processes with Intel's supply base along all commodity domains - equipment and materials with Foundry/OSAT/ODM and all materials suppliers supporting Intel's manufacturing.

    • Responsible for industry best practice business architecture for both fabless and semiconductor manufacturing environment.

    • Manage and coordinate with partners along sourcing and IT the supplier collaboration vendor performance management.

    • Support a multi-year tool and business architecture roadmap, anticipating needs capability requirements.

    • Identify metrics to ensure we are delivering innovative, high value, efficient business process and services.

    • Build trust and work closely with IT and business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes.

    • Ensure high quality delivery methodology, leveraging SAFE, Agile and Scrum principals.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in designing and program managing large scale supply chain solutions. Experience in large transformations involving enterprise IT capabilities.

    • 5+ years of experience in one or more of supply chain domains - planning, sourcing and procurement including in the domain of B2B connections with external supply base.

    • 5+ years of experience collaboration across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders; ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, ability to think beyond the current boundaries, question the status quo structure/functions and recommend and effect changes.

    • Delivering business results using Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework.

    • Data and analytics acumen - hands on experience with business intelligence tools; integrate vast amount of data and prepare multi dimensional analysis.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or computer science, or other related field.

    • Exposure to e2open or other supplier collaboration platforms.

    • Exposure to S/4 HANA, S/4 MDG, BlueYonder.

    • Certified PMP

    • Hands on experience with business side articulation of B2B connections roadmap with external partners.

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00

    *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

    Working Model

    This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
