    This position is for a Senior Business Analyst in the Global Source to Pay Operations (GSPO) group within the Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations (MSO) organization. This position will play a vital role in Intel's ERP transformation within the Supply Chain domain to support Intel's IDM 2.0 strategy.

    You will be responsible for the successful transition of various applications into the transformed Supply Chain systems landscape. Your analytical insights and attention to detail will contribute to the alignment of our systems and business processes with industry best practices. The work is accomplished by a strong partnership across Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and IT (Information Technology).

    This position and its focus on Boundary Applications requires technical background/specialized technology knowledge in the Procure to Pay domain to manage complex initiatives that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and driven with experience in procure to pay processes and systems and proven experience in delivering procure to pay solutions.

    The successful candidate must exhibit of Behavioral traits

    • Supporting multiple technologies and platforms that transform Intel's Global Procure to Pay functions.

    • Designing, building, testing, and/or deploying system solutions and ensuring all to work together seamlessly,

    • Leading a team of subject matter experts to build understanding of current and to-be processes.

    • Working closely with our integration partner and internal project teams to provide business requirements and define the future end-to-end processes and solutions.

    • Driving business process changes triggered by the project through change management and training activities.

    • Understanding of internal business segment (stakeholders). Build and foster relationships with business partners and collaboration through influencing and negotiation skills.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study

    AND

    • 4 + years of supply chain, business analyst or project management experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study

    • Demonstrated ability to lead global initiatives, with globally dispersed teams.

    • Attention to detail and a commitment to process excellence.

    • Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Execution in semiconductor manufacturing

    • Exposure to S/4 HANA

    • Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies

    • Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean/Six Sigma Certifications a plus)

    • Advanced education or ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management

    • 5+years of relevant supply chain experience, business analyst, or project management.

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $116,819.00-$175,333.00

    *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

    Working Model

    This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
