    As a Systems Analyst, Workday HR, you'll support the optimization and maintenance of Workday, the cornerstone platform of Kohler's human capital management (HCM) systems. As Systems Analyst, Workday HR, you will use your technical and analytical skills to configure, enhance, and fine-tune various modules within the Workday ecosystem to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of human resources (HR) processes. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working with accountable team members who like to have fun at work in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have Workday experience.

    The Systems Analyst, Workday HR & Payroll configures and maintains systems, data, workflows, and reporting to support implementation, maintenance, audits, and analysis of assigned HR Information Systems (HRIS) platforms including those that support core, compensation, recruiting, performance/succession management, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and onboarding.

    Specific Responsibilities

    System Configuration and Enhancement

    • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Talent Enablement, Time Management, Advanced Compensation, and integrations in alignment with organizational requirements

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and requirements that are translated into system configurations and workflows

    • Identify optimization opportunities and spearhead innovative enhancements within the Workday ecosystem

    • Perform regular and ongoing system maintenance activities including updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure system stability and performance

    • Configure and rigorously test new features, functionalities, and integrations to drive operational efficiencies and enhance user experience

    • Collaborate with internal and external resources, including consultants, vendors, and project teams, to support efficient execution of implementations, enhancements, and projects

    • Create and maintain required system documentation

    User Support and Training

    • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to Kohler's Managed Service Provider (MSP)

    • Ensure that Kohler's MSP team is trained and supported to provide appropriate service to the end users by promptly attending to inquiries, resolving system-related concerns, and effectively troubleshooting issues

    • Create and deliver instructional resources and sessions to educate the COE's and Shared Services organizations on the functionalities, optimal approaches, and latest enhancements of Workday

    Data Management and Analytics

    • Actively participate in upholding data integrity standards within the Workday environment providing the support needed to conduct thorough monitoring, auditing, and execution of data quality initiatives for system

    • Develop and maintain informative reports and dashboards utilizing Workday reporting tools to illuminate HR metrics, trends, and analytics

    Compliance and Governance

    • Remain informed of Workday updates, releases, and industry trends to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices

    • Implement and enforce robust security policies, role-based access controls, and data privacy standards within the Workday platform

    Skills/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred

    • 3-5+ years' experience in a HRIS administration position

    • Workday Pro Certification or equivalent in Core, Security, Performance and Talent or Reporting a plus

    The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
