    Contract Duration: 24 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    • Test Cases

    • Test Scripting

    • Business Execution

    • Business facing experience, has written design specs, communicated to the business groups.

    • Initiative, and drive to execute

    • Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kaban)

    • Azure DevOps

    • Jira

    • ALM or Octane

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Finance experience.

    • Enterprise level business experience.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Handle UAT on a Scrum team for one of the apps.

    • Will analyze user stories to create and execute test cases.

    • Do peer review on other's test cases for that app.

    • Production validation, doing testing to ensure code is accurate before release.

    • Document test cases and risk research and create test plans.

    • Record test progress and results.

    • Identify and track issues throughout testing.

    • Perform manual and automated testing.

    • Consult with users providing advice and direction.

    • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.

    • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.

    • Research system features being tested.

    • Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy.

    • Log, track, and verify resolution of software and specification defects.

    • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.

    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

    • Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff.

    • Analyze stories to identify test cases and scenarios.

    • Write scripts.

    • Perform peer reviews.

    • Execute scripts.

    • Log defects.

    • Perform demonstrations of system changes.

    • Analyze stories for risk/approach in production validation, provide direction to less experienced testers on scripting for validation, and participate in production validation for code installs.

    • Create testing documentation including traceability matrices, sign off communications and other artifacts as needed.

    • Recommend and implement process changes.

    • Act as a mentor to less experienced testers.

    • Assign work to testers.

    • Monitor progress of scripting and execution to ensure deadlines for testing are met.

    • Build and maintain relationship with product team.
