    Department Summary

    Our DISH Media Ad Sales team, headquartered in New York City with additional offices in Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles, empowers brands to reach their target audiences seamlessly across the DISH and Sling platforms. Specializing in data-driven addressable and programmatic advertising solutions, this innovative and passionate team excels in navigating the dynamic TV advertising landscape.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Targeting Attribution Manage r leads pre-campaign target recommendations and manages post-campaign attribution and measurement. The (TAM) provides a greater strategic role guiding measurement studies, to analyze the success of DISH Media's targeted advertising business, across both DISH and Sling TV. The Targeting Attribution Manager must be strategic thinkers, hands-on with audience data, and possess an extensive understanding of TV research, audience measurement and analytics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage projects and relationships that are critical to our addressable advertising business

    • Leverage knowledge of linear TV and digital audience measurement to initiate strategies that maximize audience targeting

    • Create in-depth analysis and research to show value, provide insights, and address any potential missed opportunities

    • Continually seek to improve and bring a new perspective to traditional reporting to keep pace with the ever-changing media landscape

    • Mentor, manage, and train a small team of coordinators.

    • Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders and plays a key role in presenting during those meetings

    • Work closely with marketing to proactively provide case study updates to be used as sales collateral, provide insights, and best practices

    • Conduct trainings on the Addressable space both internally and externally to clients

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    • 5+ years of related industry experience at an advertising agency, media/publisher, cable/satellite provider or ad tech company

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Worked in a data-driven role; strong data and analytics background, experience working with audience tools (Experian Audience Engine, LiveRamp Connect)preferred

    • High level of proficiency with Google Suite as well as MS Office (Excel pivot tables & Powerpoint)

    • Experience with (Nielsen, comScore); syndicated data (GfkMRI, Scarborough) a plus

    • Able to multi-task and passionate about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    • Possesses strong project management skills as well as written and verbal communication and presentation abilities

    • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally

    This position offers the opportunity to participate in a performance-based bonus plan , with the potential to earn up to a 33% bonus based on team achievements.

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $90,200.00/Year - $128,700.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
