Sodexo , A world leader in quality of life services has a new opening for a Part Time Taxation Assistant II in the Sales Tax Department at our Financial Services Center in Cheektowaga, NY .

The Taxation Assistant II will assist sales tax department members with tax return filings and compiling and reviewing documentation in preparation for tax audits.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong technical and analytical skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management

• Demonstrated problem solving skills and customer service orientation

• Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, & Access)

• The ability to perform multiple tasks, monitor progress toward meeting objectives, and adjust plans and actions as necessary

• A high degree of initiative

• The ability to meet strict deadlines

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

• Preferred 2 years completed toward a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
