    The Oracle HCM Project Manager will be a member of the broader Project Management Office (PMO) team responsible for assisting with managing the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solution. The Project Manager will be specifically responsible for managing the project timeline and support with tracking project budgets and resource plans. The Project Manager will work closely with team members to understand their business requirements, and will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The Project Manager will also be expected to assist with managing project communications over the lifecycle of this program and develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders, project team members, Oracle, and the implementation partner.

    Key Responsibilities

    The HCM Project Manager will

    • Partner with members of the PMO team and project team leads to understand business objectives, program goals, guiding principles, timelines, roles, business requirements and the deployment plan

    • Manage project resources, including project team members and third-party vendors

    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to track progress to plan and maintain a risk and issues log across functional teams

    • Partner with selected the System Integrator (SI) to deliver all phases of the implementation (plan, design, configuration, test, deploy and post-go-live support) while ensuring that the SI is delivering against their Statement of Work

    • Monitor and report any exceptions to the defined program approach relevant to quality assurance techniques in accordance with B&V standards

    • Identify and manage project risks and issues

    • Ensure project objectives are met, including project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

    • Maintains various project management tools, including the project plan, issues/risks log, contingency plans, the actions, and decisions log while scheduling forums and regular cadences across the project team to deliver against the plan

    • Provide support with monitoring and managing the budget and business case financials

    • Partner with the Program Manager and others to manage program scope and the change request process while documenting options, decisions, and budget impacts

    • Ensure that program deliverables are assigned, reviewed, completed, and signed- off on time and with expected quality

    • Assist with the development of content for steering committee forums

    • Monitor resource capacity and work with the Program Manager to adjust as needed and manage according to the project schedule

    • Partner with Change Management, Training and Communications team members to coordinate timely delivery and ensure consistent messaging

    • Partner with the Program Manager to ensure Executive Sponsorship alignment thru proactive program reporting, issue escalation and routine status updates
