Are you an experienced Staff Accountant looking for an temp assignment that utilizes your unique skill set? My client who is an national healthcare providing is looking for someone like you. You can below and for qualified applicant we will coordinator an interview with you.

salary: $30 - $33 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all non-patient AR functions including weekly A/R customer invoicing, posting customer

payments, maintaining, and updating customer A/R files, following up with customers for payment update

on past due balances and ensuring A/R aging reconciles to the monthly trial balance.

• Purchase order review for appropriate documentation and approval in NetSuite

• Prepare all assigned account reconciliations including related adjusting entries and notify the Accounting

Manager of any unreconciled differences.

• Prepare monthly accruals and other adjusting entries as needed.

• Complete annual process of obtaining business licenses and payment of property taxes for all company

locations.

• Assist in preparing year-end schedules, roll-forwards, account analysis, surveys and other documents or

schedules requested.

• Verify new vendors against government watchlist and complete monthly vendor

including documentation of watchlist results in an orderly manner.

• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
