The Oaks is seeking Cook for their community in Ann Arbor. Cooks

• Work with Community Managers as necessary and implement recommended changes as required.

• Serve and prepare food that is palatable and appetizing in accordance with established portion control procedures, therapeutic diet needs, standardized recipes, special diet needs. Make only authorized food substitutions.

• Ensure that safety and sanitary regulations and precautions are followed at all times by all personnel.

• Assist/direct daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.

About You

At least 6 months of cooking experience but not limited to

• Being able to keep a constant pace to ensure food is ready for each meal of the day.

• Being able to operate various kitchen equipment in preparation for meals including but not limited to mixer, meat slicer, food processor, oven, steamer & fryer.
