RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs timekeeping and schedule input functions in coordination with all unit/department managers to ensure accurate timecard records.
Reviews and maintains accuracy of payroll and timekeeping data for payroll processing, documentation and records.
Performs duties in accordance with applicable bargaining agreements and policies and procedures as established by the department and the Hospital.
Standing, sitting, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, twisting body, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching above/at/below shoulder, repetitive arm/hand motions, frequent gripping of an object
Occasional: carrying usual weight of 10 pounds.
Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
Subjected to noise and people walking through the department.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Business school degree/certificate in accounting or bookkeeping highly preferred.
Two (2) years administrative office work experience, preferably in payroll/scheduling in a comparable medical center.
Experience to demonstrate:
o Ability to work with broad range of people.
o Ability to multi-task, meet deadline, and prioritize requests, projects, and routine responsibilities
