  • Job Description

    The Mobile Device Hardware Support role involves following established procedures to troubleshoot and deploy mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, Mobile Wireless Access Points, and laptops, with daily support from Mobile Admins. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks related to the unboxing, storage, organization, deployment, and disposal preparation of mobile devices and peripherals. The role requires maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, responding to walk-in requests for mobile device-related issues, and supporting the inventory, deployment, and troubleshooting of Mobile Wireless Access Points, typically Verizon Jet Pack devices. Training on all tasks will be provided by designated personnel before work begins. Ideal candidates will have experience in mobile device troubleshooting and deployment, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a familiarity with inventory management and deployment processes for mobile devices.

    Skills and Requirements

    * Active DOD Top Secret, will be in-processed for a DOE-Q Clearance (no, this does not affect the DOD clearance)

    * 1 year of IT experience

    * Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware technology (mobile devices, computers, printers, etc) null
