    About the Team: The ZF Garrett team supports packaging and light assembly of braking, electronics, and steering products for automotive service distribution. The Training Program Intern will help enhance the current training program through improving the training matrix, effectivity of checklists, visual aids and videos.

    What you can look forward to as a Training Program Intern:

    • Create training videos for up to 15 work processes

    • Create new format for current training matrix

    • Create train the trainer program

    • Create visual training aids

    Your profile as a Training Program Intern:

    • Course of Study: Human Resources, General Business, IT

    • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Applications (PowerBI/Automate) , video creation

    • Ability to work independently

    • Ability to multi-task

    • Effective communication skills
