    Position Summary:

    Oversees the Compliance to Capability (C2C) learning management system and its effective administration and maintenance. This role supports the Training Specialist role to ensures C2C curricula matches jobs and is assigned in a manner that supports effective training.? Ensures all necessary training is captured in C2C and coordinates the sites visibility to training compliance.? Interfaces with all levels of the organization. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

    Duties/ Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the integrity of the Compliance to Capability (C2C) learning management systems process, content and delivery is maintained.? Serve as Local LPC.?

    • Maintain required training record retention systems.?

    • Partner with Training Development Leads, Training Specialists, Shift Production Leaders, and other training staff to ensure training items and curriculum are accurately reflected in C2C as necessary to meet business needs.?

    • Support, design, and deliver training programs to meet the organizational learning needs in C2C.?

    • Support effective C2C learning system design, improvement, and maintenance.?

    • Support processes to ensure training effectiveness and improvement.?

    • Establish and maintain records of training to meet regulatory and company standards.?

    • Support Training Development Lead to meet auditing requirements.?

    • May Support New Hire Orientation.?

    • Work flexible hours to support training needs on all shifts as necessary.??

    • Take initiative to balance priorities and workload without continuous/direct supervision.??

    • Maintain training records and documentation systems to comply with regulatory, quality system and company standards.?

    • Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

    Education :

    • High School diploma required.?

    • Associates Degree in Business, IT or Instructional field of study preferred?

    Experience:

    • Two years' work experience supporting training systems

    • 1+ year(s) of experience working in a manufacturing environment

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Proficient in Microsoft office?

    • Proficient oral and written communication skills?

    • Working knowledge of quality system and manufacturing processes?

    • Basic knowledge of training design and instruction?

    • Basic knowledge in record systems management?

    • Proficient in organizational skills, handling multiple priorities and deadlines?
