VP/Director of Finance

Description

Our reputable client is seeking a VP of Finance/Corporate Controller to join the company. As part of the management team, the candidate must have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills. If you are an experienced VP/Director of Finance or Corporate Controller looking for a challenging role at an established company, this may be the role for you. This position is responsible for the administration, fiscal reporting, financing, and financial compliance of Company. Collaborate and coordinate with Corporate through timely and accurate financial reporting and periodical reengineering of the finance and administrative functions.

EXPERIENCE

• Strong accounting background.

• Good knowledge of the International Accounting Principles (IAS/IFRS), Tax (TP matter) and legal matters.

• Experience in Cash Flow management, Treasury and Corporate Finance.

• Skilled in the implementation of the necessary accounting and controlling operating procedures.

• Responsible for the compliance of all the statutory /fiscal and legal fulfilments.

• Good knowledge ERP systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure on time and correct reporting of financial figures to Corporate Finance department.

• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the accounting and financial flows/activities

• Implement all necessary procedures to ensure month-end closing according to monthly deadlines

• Guarantee the highest possible quality of accounting / administrative resources in including periodic assessment of such resources

• Develop, implement, and standardize the existing accounting policies and procedures.

• Ensure that all legal, corporate, and financial matters are conducted in a manner that satisfies local legal and tax requirements and corporate guidelines.

• Supervise Cost analysis, control, and asset management.

• Treasury control and management in accordance with Company guidelines.

• Cash flow generation analysis and control: focus on stock rotation, credit collection, etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Familiarity with IAS/IFRS accounting rules.

• Experience in working with all government institutions (Income tax, social security, Insurance etc.).

• Experience in assimilation of an ERP system and Reporting System.

• Experience in accounting and controlling processes inside the company.

• Experience in Fiscal, Statutory and Corporate matter

• Experience in the management of external auditor and consultants

• Experience in working with banks and financial institutions
