    Job Summary and Qualifications

    The role of the Vice President FacilityGroup is responsible for the development, growth, implementation and ongoing operational support of HealthTrust's FacilitiGroup offering to its clients. Facility Management services include enterprise solutions for facility maintenance and repair, capital reinvestment, energy and automation building solutions, disaster planning and response, technology applications, regulatory compliance and environmental strategy and tactical accomplishment.

    What you will do in this role:

    • Provides comprehensive Facility Management shared services to HCA Healthcare with facility infrastructure operations

    • Oversees the transaction spend of in capital reinvestment, utility spend and maintenance, repair and operations spend (HCA).

    • For FacilitiGroup staffing enterprise including both Corporate Office and Field Office colleagues.

    • Leadership providing facility management services optimizing financial and operational resiliency to healthcare clients.

    • Develop, market and provide Facility Management as a Service to HealthTrust members.

    • Operationally optimization an enterprise Water Management and Waste Management program for facilities.

    • Responsible executive for environmental and facility management regulatory compliance for HCA. Leveraging this knowledge to other HealthTrust clients.

    • Facility infrastructure services for facility acquisition due diligence and onboarding

    • Develop and manage Design and Construction standards for new construction for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems for healthcare projects.

    • Provides direction and implementation support to special capital initiative projects (shared services, Lab, Education, etc.).

    • Works collaboratively with other Healthtrust business units (Supply Chain, Contracting, Valify, EVS/FANS, etc.) leveraging resources and expertise towards FacilitiGroup efforts.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement".

    • Proven ability to innovate, develop, deploy and operationalize large and multiple enterprise-wide initiatives.

    • Ability to manage multiple facility management related crisis management events to mitigate and remediate risk for clients.

    • Proven record of accomplishment in service lines' excellence with continuous improvement in effectiveness.

    • Strong public speaking skills, effectively communicating vision, tactical strategy, and emotional engagement towards building the future together.

    • Innovation expert in the development and implementation of a wide variety of breakthrough solutions creating exponentially successful results.

    What qualifications you will need:

    • 5+ years of direct engineering theory and practice application of engineering sciences

    • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience from small to large organizations in facility management/ engineering science of building systems.
