    The Role

    The VP of Product for LoopNet will report to the President of LoopNet and will be tasked with continuing to drive innovation and value creation opportunities for our customers through seamless and creative product design. They will keep the customer at the forefront of product design and partner with technology, sales and marketing to propel the business forward.

    ·Own and drive the product strategy for LoopNet in the US and Internationally

    ·Use a data-driven approach to define, track and measure key performance and business metrics to drive customer-centric product solutions

    ·Partner with senior executives and stakeholders across functional areas and businesses to partner and deliver successfully on product vision

    ·Establish long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, to gain alignment, secure resourse and overcome impediments

    ·Attract, grow and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their product goals

    Candidate Experience & Skills

    ·Bachelors degree required; masters preferred

    ·12+ years of experience in a digital product role

    • Minimum 3 years experience required working within real estate - ProTech, CRE Tech or commercial brokerage or a B2B digital marketplace

    ·3+ years of leading product management teams

    ·8+ years translating businses strategy into customer facing products

    ·Excellent communication skills both written and oral

    ·Experience partnering and collaborating across functional teams to reach goals

    ·Analytical driven
