Responsibilities

Warehouse workers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of a warehouse facility. Their duties encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to forklift operation, assembly, machine operation, shipping and receiving, order pulling and more. Here's a breakdown of some job responsibilities:

1. Forklift Operators

2. Safely operate forklifts to load/unload goods and/or move materials and products within the warehouse.

3. Adhere to sagety regulations and guidelines at all times.

4. Assemblers

5. Follow assembly instructions and blueprints accurately.

6. Utilize basic hand tools.

7. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.

8. Machine Operators

9. Operate machinery and equipment used in the production or processing of goods.

10. Monitor machines to ensure they function properly and efficiently.

11. Shipping and Receiving Clerks

12. Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders.

13. Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and labeling them correctly.

14. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

15. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

The essential functions of this role include
