WeWork CEO Adam Neumann met with Apple's chief financial officer last year at the iPhone maker's headquarters and proposed a partnership, Vanity Fair's Gabriel Sherman reported Monday.
It's not clear how the partnership would have worked, but Apple would have invested in WeWork as part of the deal, Sherman reported.
Apple was said to have turned Neumann down.
