On Saturday morning, Bloomberg’s Jennifer Jacobs scooped that Ryan Zinke is stepping down as interior secretary. Fourteen minutes later, President Trump confirmed the news in a tweet (according to Jacobs, an announcement had originally been scheduled for Wednesday).
