Robert Half is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join a reputable firm in Wheaton, IL. This client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience handling trusts & estates. The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Gift and estate tax planning

• Family business succession planning

• Trust and estate administration

• Direct communication with clients

• Work closely with other attorneys, including senior partners

Requirements

• Be detailed, flexible, and organized

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

• Excellent academic credentials and references

• Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience
