Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Brea, CA. This supervisor will oversee and supervise the daily activities of the Maintenance team. Responsibilities will include ensuring the repair and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment are maintained as well as supporting any facility functions as needed. Having strong electrical experience is required for this role. This is a permanent role, working onsite 5 days a week from 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. This candidate must be ok working 1 weekend every 4 weeks.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of managing/ supervising maintenance management

Strong experience with manufacturing maintenance and repair

Experience with electric motors and motor drives for both AC and DC

Multi-axis CNC machinery knowledge

Scheduling and managing facility/ equipment upgrade activities

Equipment safety upgrades

Read/ draw equipment schematics and prints

High School Diploma or GED

Great communication and a positive attitude null
