Responsibilities

• Perform bench top analysis of critical quality perameters in accordance to SOPs.

• Conduct Microbiological testing of in process samples and finished goods in accordance to SOPSs control plan.

• Perform audits om equipment, materials, products and procedures to assure that the lab is in compliance based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Procedures

• Maintain Lab clean, safe and orderly manner on a daily basis

• Prepares and Circulates for approval, product specifications and manufacturing directives.

• Creates and mainains compliance documentation and updates. files as required

• Assists with Internal and external documentation

• Perfoms other duties as assigned

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
